The spacious layout. The location was convenient for beach access, but the mattress was too soft for our liking, which impacted our sleep quality.

We had an incredible stay by one night.

Loved our huge rooms and the staff were courteous. The view was exceptional of the ocean. Had great and incredible location in the region. What's more, it was short walk to boardwalk by foot, the outlets in Kittery, Maine, multiple state parks in New Hampshire and nearby Portsmouth and Hampton.

The suite was updated and had a kitchenette area and a living room. I liked the ocean view from my room.

We were thrilled with how close we were to Hampton Beach State Park and the charming eateries just a short walk away were nice, while the balcony view from our unit was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of exploring. It's ideal for couples looking for a convenient getaway with easy access to great restaurants and scenic views, but the bed could use some improvement for enhanced comfort .

The place was clean, I booked the queen suite with views of the ocean, everything was perfect. The location was absolutely perfect, relatively near Ocean Gaming. To be honest I loved how top-class and attentive the staff is, will be back.

Spacious room with a amazing ocean view from the private balcony. Walls were a bit thin. Could hear neighbors. Free parking made it easy to explore nearby beaches and golf courses.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a lovely kitchenette to make your stay feel more at home, and the free parking made exploring the area so much easier.

The ocean view was amazing.

I encountered several issues that really detracted from my experience. The hardwood flooring was freezing and slippery. The headboard of the bed was annoyingly unattached. When I reached out to the staff for assistance, it took forever to get a response, leaving me feeling rather neglected.

I enjoyed the spacious room with fine ocean views. The keyless entry was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was beautiful, and everything was clean. Waking up to the sound of the waves was good ☀️

This place suits me perfectly, with free wi-fi, beach access, and friendly staff. They helped me find a valuable lost item on my first stay. I recommend you try it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The Queen Room with Ocean View was super comfy. The space was clean and cozy, and I loved the vibe. The view from the balcony was amazing, couldn't get enough of it. Waking up to the sound of the ocean was the cherry on top. Heated bathroom and fluffy towels were nice touches too. Everything felt updated and well taken care of.
