During my stay, I encountered several issues that really detracted from my experience. The hardwood flooring was freezing and slippery, making it uncomfortable to walk. Additionally, the headboard of the bed was annoyingly unattached, creating a banging noise whenever I moved. When I reached out to the staff for assistance, it took forever to get a response, leaving me feeling rather neglected.
